BB Naranjo | Community Manager

BB Naranjo joined the Wesley team in 2011 and has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Her extensive knowledge helps to play an important role at Wesley St. Claire by overseeing and administrating the property's overall performance. Beliby is originally from Venezuela and she has been calling Atlanta her home for the last 20-plus years. In her spare time, she enjoys doing crafting and floral decorations as well as enjoying family time. Please, make sure you stop by our office to meet Beliby!

Emili Badillo | Personal Leasing Consultant

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Emili moved to Lawrenceville in 2020 enjoying the area and the diversity in food! She loves running, writing, and trying new coffees and teas. Emili loves working in customer service, interacting with people and seeing life through them. She is a huge people person and loves helping people!

Pedro Garcia | Maintenance Supervisor

Pedro has been with the company for over 6 years. He has over 24 years of experience in the multi-family industry and he is always willing to go the extra mile for our residents. Pedro is a team player and uses his knowledge on EPA and CPO to teach others.

Manuela Arraiz | Personal Leasing Consultant

Manuela was born in Venezuela and has been working in customer service for 7 years. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and training people on how to work out. Manuela also enjoys reading fantasy novels and enjoying time with her cat, Sadie.

Rudis Cruz | Maintenance Technician

Rudis is a hard worker who is always willing to expand his knowledge to better serve our residents. He began his journey with Wesley Apartments Home one year ago.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Roci now calls Lilburn home. She enjoys reading, going on walks, and exploring new foods with friends and family. With a strong passion for helping others, Roci brings a warm, approachable, and attentive presence to everything she does. She values building genuine connections and strives to create a positive, welcoming experience for everyone she meets. Roci is committed to continuous personal growth and aims to make a meaningful, positive impact through every interaction.

Luciana Serrano | Personal Leasing Consultant

Luciana was born in Maracaibo and moved to the United States in 2021. She brings warmth, creativity, and dedication to everything she does. Passionate about crafts and creative projects, she enjoys using her creativity both personally and professionally.

With several years of customer service experience, Luciana truly enjoys connecting with people, helping others, and creating positive experiences through every interaction. Benito has been a valued member of the Wesley Apartments Home for over 12 years, bringing dedication, experience, and reliability to his role as a Maintenance Technician. He plays an important part in preparing apartment homes for new residents and ensuring work orders are completed efficiently and thoroughly.

Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Benito takes pride in keeping the community running smoothly and providing excellent service to residents and team members alike. While he may seem serious at first, those who know him quickly discover his great sense of humor and enjoy the positive energy he brings to the team every day.
